RDC Diaphragm Coupling

 

A metal diaphragm coupling developed for high-speed, high-precision positioning and ultra-precision control applications such as servo motors, achieving high rigidity, high torque, low inertia, and high responsiveness, as well as bending directions, stepped directions. Axial soft features, zero backlash.

 

RDC product features:

● 304 stainless steel diaphragm structure, high torque transmission, high torsional rigidity;

● Sleeve type locking structure, with high reliability;

● Zero backlash, small volume, low inertia;

● The flanges on both sides of the coupling are assembled with high-precision special fixtures to ensure high concentricity.

 

The driver can be:

Servo motor, stepper motor.
