
Eccentric Coupling
Eccentric coupling, also known as connecting rod coupling: a coupling that makes the power transmission of different axes more compact.
The eccentric coupling is a kind of joint with different shaft centers that uses the crank movement of the chain rod. The power input from one end disk is transmitted to the other side end disk through the chain rod and the intermediate disk. Except for a slight friction loss on the bearing, the energy on the driving side, including the rotational speed and torque, is accurately transmitted to the driven side.
Features:
● The shaft can move in parallel, whether it is stopped or running with load, the drive shaft and the driven shaft can move freely within the displacement range;
● Absorb the vibration, absorb the radial vibration of the driving side and the driven side;
● Space saving, combining the traditional universal joint and spline can shorten the axial direction and obtain a large eccentricity;
● Small error, basically there is no fluctuation and backlash of angular velocity and transmission torque.
