Heavy-duty Diaphragm Coupling

The RDCE4 and RDCT6/8/10 Heavy Duty Diaphragm Couplings transmit torque entirely through friction and the diaphragm assembly, so there are no stress concentrations, backlash and micro-displacements that can occur when torque is transmitted through the shoulder bolts. It has a near-infinite service life and increases the torsional rigidity of the individual components of the complete coupling. 

The high locking force nut and the shaft sleeve are assembled and connected, and the two precision coupling shaft sleeves are installed on the diaphragm by means of friction clamping. The bushing is fixed by means of a DIN 916 fixing nut

 

Couplings are divided into SD single-diaphragm type and DD double-diaphragm type
