It is a leaf spring coupling whose clamping hub is manufactured by lightweight and high-strength strong aluminium alloy, with high torsional rigidity, and can meet the requirements of high response. There are two types of couplings available: high rigidity single-element type and flexible double-element type (configured through the separator). Both of them adopt shaft diameter linkage type of hub diameter to reduce moment of inertia.
High rigidity: high torsional rigidity allows it to accurately control the rotation of the shaft and achieve high precision control
Backlash-free: the power transmission is carried out by friction joint, backlash-free and suitable for ultra-high precision control
Thermal insulation: the element is manufactured by stainless steel leaf spring and is able to prevent the heat from transmitting from the servo motor to the transmission shaft to reduce precision fluctuation caused by thermal expansion.
Low inertia: it is directly connected to the shaft with high-strength aluminum alloy, with ultra-low inertia. It is suitable for high acceleration operation
Simple and firm connection: connect to the shaft in single clamping mode. The clamping hub is impact and shaking resistant, and can be connected firmly to greatly shorten the assembly time. Center with special clamp to ensure extremely high concentricity.
Rich options: options like tapered shaft, full-length designation and keyseating are provided. Each option can also be combined with each other to provide specifications that meet your demands
