MCF Coupling

Category:

German REICH Elastic Coupling

  • Product Description

MULTI CROSS FORTE Highly elastic coupling with progressive linear torsional characteristics.

MULTI CROSS FORTE (abbreviation: MCF) is a highly torsional elastically compensated coupling with progressive torsional properties.

    Advantages

    • Very high torsional elasticity under progressive torsional deformation characteristic
    • Compensation for axial, radial and angular center deviations to a large extent
    • Backlash-free torque transfer, even with alternating steering changes
    • High damping capacity against torsional vibrations and load shocks
    • Excellent heat dissipation during reciprocating or damping work
    • Simple alignment of the coupling
    • Rigid connection between transmission element and hub flange, so no relative movement
    • Save on spare parts inventory costs by using the same size components within one coupling model

    Specification

    • -40℃ to 80℃
    • 160 Nm to 54000 Nm
    • Highly elastic coupling with progressive linear torsional characteristics

MULTI CROSS FORTE (abbreviation: MCF) is a highly torsional elastically compensated coupling with progressive torsional properties. All MULTI CROSS FORTE couplings are characterized by the use of separate transmission elements, which are of the same type but vary in number depending on the size of the coupling.

As a result, only three coupling element sizes are required for the entire MULTI CROSS FORTE coupling product range in the torque range from 160 Nm to 54,000 Nm. This enables an extremely simple and cost-effective spare parts inventory. Even the largest MULTI CROSS FORTE couplings can be dismantled easily and simply by using individual form-fit screwed elements.

The element screw-on design principle allows for universal composability, which can be screwed directly to machine parts of the right size for the connection.
