The high torsional elastic TOK coupling is specially developed for applications requiring very low torsional stiffness. In addition, the product is particularly suitable for compensating axial and radial displacements on spring-mounted drives.

The high torsional elastic TOK coupling is specially developed for applications requiring very low torsional stiffness. In addition, the product is particularly suitable for compensating axial and radial displacements on spring-mounted drives. A wide selection of flexible coupling elements and adapters is available, offering standardized solutions for different tasks. And specific adjustments can be made according to needs.
The design of the elastic element combines high torque capacity, high displacement adjustment performance, and high speed adaptability at the same time. Different stiffness requirements can be met by choosing different types of rubber.
Extremely low torsional stiffness allows for stable supercritical coupling configurations. When starting and stopping, the resonance range briefly transitions, and in the operating speed range, an excellent separation between the internal combustion engine and the working machine is achieved.
TOK couplings allow a direct connection between the engine and the work machine without the use of additional components to accommodate displacements caused by elastic mounting. Despite the excellent displacement adjustment, the return force remains within the allowable range while the assembly costs are significantly reduced and the drive operates quietly (noise reduction).
