Power Plus series adopts compact design and can provide torque transmission advantages for limited installation space. Power Plus series is applicable to nominal torque up to 6,610 Nm and radial offset up to 115 mm.
Schmidt Eccentric Coupling P Series
Operating Principle
Schmidt coupling is a compact coupling used to precisely transmit torque from a radial offset shaft. Within the allowable rotation range, the misalignment of the shaft can be changed as needed, either at rest or during operation under load. The angle synchronous transmission can be permanently guaranteed regardless of the shaft offset. An - drive permanent synchronous operation, with no phase shift.
Power Plus P series - additional torque transmission in compact design
There are 4 or more couplings in each layer of Power Plus series couplings. Compared with standard series, increase in connection elements ensures the increase in torque transmission and maintain the size data - it is especially suitable for applications that requires high torque transmission under restrictive installation conditions.
Power Plus series is applicable to nominal torque up to 6,610 Nm and radial offset up to 115 mm.
Different hub shape combinations as needed
There are 3 different hub shapes available. The clamp hub design provides gapless shaft hub connection, and provides high friction torque for frequent impact torque application. The flange installation version can be quickly integrated into customer specific additional components. And the hub version can be used for shape-fit torque transmission through keyseat and positioning screw.
Different hub shapes can be combined as needed to suit their individual requirements.
Clamp hub shape 3
It is an ideal hub design suitable for applications with frequent peak torque and impact load. The high friction torque of the clamp hub design ensures the safe and gapless torque transmission.
The version with clamp hub can be applied to shaft diameter of 15-90 mm, depending on the size.
