Schmidt Eccentric Coupling
Schmidt coupling is a compact coupling used to precisely transmit torque from a radial offset shaft. Within the allowable rotation range, the misalignment of the shaft can be changed as needed, either at rest or during operation under load. The angle synchronous transmission can be permanently guaranteed regardless of the shaft offset. An - drive permanent synchronous operation, with no phase shift.
Offset can be changed during operation
The radial offset can also be changed stepless during operation and under load within the respective allowable hunting range as required. Always ensure the synchronous operation of the input and output.
Precise and compact
The coupling is applicable to three disks and two links level, which ensures the compact and torsion resistance operation. The additional use of precision needle bearing in the coupling can ensure precise torque transmission.
No reaction
No restoring force is needed if the compensating shaft of Schmidt coupling misaligns, and no bearing load is needed.
Dynamic equilibrium
Schmidt coupling is a dynamic equilibrium system. The radial vibration is absorbed by the clutch.
