    ETP- OCTOPUS is an open hydraulic tightening sleeve that needs an external hydraulic station to be tightened. Its standard shaft diameter is 30 - 100 mm, and the loading and unload frequency is 100000 - 500000 times. (depend on pressure value). Considering that ETP- OCTOPUS requires no hub, and a hydraulic station can drive multiple different ETP- OCTOPUS remotely according to the procedure. Therefore, it is very suitable for those automatic equipment that require the workpiece to be tightened after rapid axial movement, tightened and loosened frequently, and reset with extremely high axial and radial precision requirements. We can customize different specifications of ETP- OCTOPUS according to customers' use requirements.

     

    Structure: the ETP-OCTOPUS hydraulic tightening sleeve is composed of a double-layer shaft sleeve made of hardened steel with flange. The flange is designed with installation hole, which can be connected to the hub and scraper seal with bolts. There are an external threaded interface for oil pipe and exhaust screw. To evenly distribute the friction force produced by tightening sleeve on the shaft and reach the required clamping force, there are some thin and shallow spiral grooves on the inner wall of the shaft sleeve.
