    The standard shaft diameter of ETP- HYLOC is 50 - 220 mm, the runout is ≤0.02 mm, and the maximum installation and removal frequency is 2000 times. For ETP- HYLOC with shaft diameter ＞220 mm, the production shall be conducted as per the customers' order.

    If a large torque is required to be transmitted, it is allowed to increase surface friction coefficient ETP- HFC on the ETP- HYLOC surface with shaft diameter ＞100 mm. After that, the transmitted torque can be twice that of the origin.

     

    Structure: ETP-HYLOC is a hydraulic-machinery tightening sleeve. There is a movable piston with taper enclosed in a double-layer steel shaft sleeve. Install and remove it with a hydraulic pump. There are three threaded interfaces in the radial and axial directions of the flange, respectively marked with (ON, P, and OFF), which can be connected to the hydraulic pump hose in the radial or axial direction according to the structural conditions of the equipment.
