    The standard shaft diameter of ETP-CLASSIC is 15 -100 mm, the same as that of the inch size, the short - S series and the stainless steel - R series. Runout: 0.03 - 0.06 mm, loading and unloading frequency: 100 times (50 times for R series). The installation and removal can be done only with a few lock screws and a small tightening force, the product is suitable for most transmission mechanisms without special requirements. Due to its cheaper price than that of the hydraulic tightening sleeve with single screw, it is the best-selling hydraulic tightening sleeve in ETP transmission products.

     

    Structure:

    ETP-CLASSIC is a hydraulic tightening sleeve made of hardened steel, which consists of a double-layer shaft sleeve filled with a certain amount of specially developed hydraulic medium, a sealing ring, a piston, a hydraulic flange and inner hexagon bolts or outer hexagon bolts (optional).

    ETP-CLASSIC R is stainless steel ETP-CLASSIC. Their structures are basically the same, but the performance of the materials are different. Therefore, ETP-CLASSIC R with same shaft diameter needs more stainless steel lock screws than ETP-CLASSIC, and transmits less torque than ETP-CLASSIC.
