Compared with mechanical fastening elements, the product requires few bolts and helps simplify loading and unloading. With the concentricity of 0.05mm, it can achieve the installation with higher precision. Operating Principle: seal the pressure medium filled in the sleeve with the sealing ring, tighten the clamp bolt, and compress the pressure medium mechanically through the flange, piston ring and sealing ring. After the pressure medium is compressed, the sleeve is pressured from the inside, the shaft side sleeve shrinks, the hub side sleeve expands, and the shaft is connected to the hub through the sleeve. Advantages: ● Simple and accurate positioning: it can be positioned in axial and rotation direction at will to install it on a device that needs accurate synchronous adjustment. ● Space-saving: it is designed to be tightened from the radial direction of the shaft to save space. And low inertia helps the compact and light weight design. ● High concentricity: the shaft side pressure is equal to the hub side pressure. Even if the hub diameter is reduced, the high concentricity can be maintained. Therefore, application at high speed rotation can reduce imbalance caused by centrifugal force. ● Fast and firm installation: tighten the bolts with required torque to install it firmly. Application: machine tool, pump, make-up machine, printing machinery, stacking manipulator, and various clamps and tools.
